FulcrumHQ, the award-winning construction project management software by LeapThought, helps Auckland Transport (AT) better manage its new projects and assets to derive substantial financial benefits, according to Roger Jones, AT's Executive General Manager of Technology.
In an interview with the Reseller News, Jones said that integrating Fulcrum, which is adopted enterprise-wide at AT, with its asset management system would help address the issues of data quality and missing data when onboarding and maintaining new projects.
Auckland Transport is the organization responsible for transport infrastructure in the Auckland region and manages assets worth around $19.1 billion. Fulcrum is used across various infrastructure projects at Auckland Transport, including road and rail infrastructure, to help the organization collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and track project progress to derive cost benefits.
