Frasers Property deploys FulcrumHQ for efficiency and transparency in the development and operation of its extensive industrial portfolio in Thailand 

Frasers Property has an asset portfolio of $3.4 Billion, over 890 properties, 3.0 million square miles, in over 50 strategic locations and 400 customers. FulcrumHQ was chosen as the common data and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) platform for the design and construction of their greenfield industrial development projects across Thailand to begin with the option to subsequently replicate/extend it to other geographies.

The Context

  • Transparency, efficiency, and quality are key to delivering fast-paced, high turnaround projects such as built-to-suit projects to international clients such as F&N, DHL, and Tesco, among others. 

  • FulcrumHQ was chosen to help Frasers Property Thailand (FPT) streamline and automate the process and workflow of tender procurement, design development, detailed design, and subsequent construction of such projects to retain FPT’s position as the leading Industrial player in the region.

  • Understand the process, design, automation, and streamlined workflow for procurement, design, and construction processes for multiple stakeholders within the organization. 

  • System setup and implementation within weeks followed by intense training and change management provided to FPT, appointed consultants, and contractors.

  • Translation of relevant processes and forms to local context and language working together with the stakeholders.

  • iOS and Android access for all site staff for quality and safety compliance requirements with built-in workflows to enable seamless, secure, and real-time updates.

  • Rich, meaningful, and interactive dashboards for all parties for them to stay on top of their project contexts.

  • Live management reporting using information ingested from the platform providing real-time updates of the project progress.

  • Delivery and operation of FulcrumHQ as the Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and a Common Data Platform for all built-to-suit projects and its stakeholders using SaaS.

  • End-to-end managed service, fully set up and operationalized within two weeks of award. This included configuration, training, and change management for both FPIT staff, appointed consultants, and contractors. Provided ongoing consulting and best practice advice and hands-on operational support.

  • A secure, highly available, common data environment and integrated digital delivery for design and construction stages including comprehensive site management.
