FulcrumHQ was born out of that concept, and provides an AI-powered solution to bring communication across various platforms together for end-to-end construction lifecycle management: - Initial designs to final designs  - General approvals of construction  - Oversight of all relevant activities  - Contracting and subcontracting  - Handover to an asset owner  Through open standards certification, LeapThought demonstrates its commitment and investment in construction automation, aligning with emerging market priorities and opportunities. It’s all about walking the walk *and* talking the talk: using BIM and open standards and escaping 2D legacy models to improve digital workflows and system collaboration. The solution? FulcrumHQ.   Share this article ![](https://www.leapthought.com/hubfs/LeapThought_2024/bg-wave-3.png) ## Related Blog Posts [![Open Standards for Built Environment Innovation - Up Close With LeapThought's CEO](https://www.leapthought.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Open%20Standards%2012.png?width=960&length=960&name=Open%20Standards%2012.png) ### Open Standards for Built Environment Innovation - Up Close With LeapThought's CEO Read More ](https://www.leapthought.com/news/open-standards-for-built-environment-innovation-up-close-with-leapthoughts-ceo-0) [![LeapThought's Flagship Platform, FULCRUMHQ, Acquires Key Certification from buildingSMART International](https://www.leapthought.com/hs-fs/hubfs/FulcrumHQ%2c%20Acquires%20Key%20Certification%20from%20buildingSMART%20International.png?width=960&length=960&name=FulcrumHQ,%20Acquires%20Key%20Certification%20from%20buildingSMART%20International.png) ### LeapThought's Flagship Platform, FULCRUMHQ, Acquires Key Certification from buildingSMART International Read More ](https://www.leapthought.com/news/fulcrumhq-acquires-key-certification-from-buildingsmart-international) [![Introducing GenieHQ: LeapThought’s Command-Driven AI for the Built Environment](https://www.leapthought.com/hs-fs/hubfs/geniehq_feature%20tile_1200x628.png?width=960&length=960&name=geniehq_feature%20tile_1200x628.png) ### Introducing GenieHQ: LeapThought’s Command-Driven AI for the Built Environment Read More ](https://www.leapthought.com/news/introducing-geniehq-leapthoughts-command-driven-ai-for-enterprise-built-environments-blog) [View All Posts](https://www.leapthought.com/news) ```json { "@context" : "https://schema.org", "@type" : "BlogPosting", "author" : { "@type" : "Person", "name" : "Admin", "url" : "https://www.leapthought.com/news/author/admin" }, "dateModified" : "2024-04-10T04:23:25.285Z", "datePublished" : "2023-10-17T14:39:30.000Z", "headline" : "Digital Transformation in Construction - Up Close with LeapThought’s Jeffrey Avina", "image" : [ "https://www.leapthought.com/hubfs/Digital%20Transformation%20in%20Construction%20-%20Up%20Close%20with%20LeapThought%E2%80%99s%20Jeffrey%20Avina.png" ], "mainEntityOfPage" : { "@id" : "https://www.leapthought.com/news/digital-transformation-in-construction-up-close-with-leapthoughts-jeffrey-avina", "@type" : "WebPage" }, "publisher" : { "@type" : "Organization", "logo" : { "@type" : "ImageObject", "url" : "https://www.leapthought.com/hubfs/LT%20Logo%2021%20Blue.jpg" }, "name" : "LeapThought" } } ``` ```json { "@context" : "https://schema.org", "@type" : "VideoObject", "contentUrl" : "https://39842426.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/39842426/Digital%20Transformation%20in%20Construction%20with%20LeapThought%20_%20buildingSMART%20Partner.mp4", "dateModified" : "2023-10-17T14:42:12.340Z", "duration" : "PT5M41.101S", "height" : 720, "name" : "Digital Transformation in Construction with LeapThought _ buildingSMART Partner", "thumbnailUrl" : "https://api-na1.hubapi.com/filemanager/api/v3/files/thumbnail-redirect/140442777149?portalId=39842426&size=medium", "uploadDate" : "2023-10-16T16:20:14.300Z", "width" : 1280 } ```
